september 2012 the city and surrounding areas, experance another storm, my lights alone with a lot more people lights went out, i went to oreilly after being told they had a device that change (dc) to (ac). i brought it, but it didnot work, i took it back, they sent me to another store,toget another one ,inever took it out the box or wrapper. my friend borrowed a genarater. i took the inverter back, and was told, no refund,i complaned, but was stuck with it. i put it in a closet and forgot about it, until now. thats a $100.00 i really could use. i think thats bad, thank a lot oreilly,
