As a former Long Island NYLIC Agent, I can attest to the exceptional mandated on-going training that they put all agents through. When I worked with another insurance company for a "better opportunity" I was so glad that I had the proper training at NYLIC; if not I would've been lost. The importance NYLIC places on product knowledge bodes well for all policy holders because they get their needs met without fabricated information. "The company you keep" is absolutely appropriate for NYLIC.
