I have not experienced such patience, kind and enduring treatment as I did tonight. I received the greatest service ever from an AT&T technician, Jose Angel Ramos. He refused to give up until he had resolved my technical problems with my internet connection. This type of dedicated employee is rare and very hard to find. I thank AT&T for having such an employee on staff. I am forever grateful for his time and knowledge.
