I purchased an Iphone from craigs list and i called ATT to have the phone unlocked and i have been getting the runaround for about a week.. every that i have called has had a different story on the unlock process.. i waited the 48hrs.. recieved msg that ATT was unable to unlock d/t no associated account.. I alled back Sat and now Apple was going to email me the information w/in 24 hrs.. still no information.. called and ATT today and rep stated that apple would not be sending unlock and that ATT will not be unlocking because I have no associated information for this phone.. The customer servicce has been poor and no one has resolved anything or even come close..
