My daughter recieved item that was nothing like photo. She was told via live chat that there was nothing they could do.so i call 'googled' customer service phone. the woman that answered tells me that she is the same person i chatted with and that she IS the supervisor and still did not give reassurance that this would be taken care of.. i called and was told same thing . The woman on the phone gave NO reassurance that this would be taken care of..only stated "it was forwarded to shipping manager and they will send a response" No guarantee that this would be taken care of. Even when I asked "What is the likelihood of this being corrected?" and she repeated "it was sent to shipping manager, you will get response" I asked if the plan would be to send her a return shipping label and a refund and she repeated "a request was sent to shipping supervisor, you will get a response" it was like a recorder. She did nothing to reassure that this would be taken care of
