This is a private owned store not in association with corporate. I give them no stars and i will never go back again.I had my iphone a day and just purchased 100$ life proof case and my screen cracked. The manger couldn't help me cause I didn't buy their premium insurance. They were unhelpful rude and horrible customer service. I called Verizon and they were more than helpful... Do not use this store!!
