THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and the online web service pages are totally non-functional. In order to print this review I am forced to provide a minimum of 1 star for "easiness to reach", "ability to resolve issue" and overall experienced". In fact the rating I would give is in the negative stars. Unbelievable that an provides internet service offers completely no usable web pages. So frustrating
