Applies to a recent visit to sample the advertised "boneless" chicken, but it applies to all KFCs in recent years: The heavily-promoted "boneless" chicken was dry, tough, small pieces of chicken (Mesa, AZ store 5249 E. Brown), very disappointing considering this was a promotional offering. We have dined at KFCs in Europe (most recently in Prague) and found very large portions of tender, juicy chicken at every visit at about the same price. Why can't American KFCs have the same quality as their European counterparts?
