Our agent lied to us about our policy when we were signing up. When we went to file a claim we were told that specific illness was not covered. It took five months, multiple supervisors, and internal investigation even though we had a digital recording of the agent telling us multiple times that the illness was covered. Aflac finally paid out but it was extremely stressful
