The absolute worst company Ive ever dealt with when taking responsibility for there product. Bought a new LCD TV less than 2 years ago it just turns itself off and wont come back on. Samsung tells me to eat it and refers me to some mom and pop store to get it fixed. I was actually told by the representative, "Maybe you shouldn't watch the TV so much". Who is he...and I barely used it as it was. But when I pay or a thousand dollars for something I want to use it.... The absolute worst company....however I am glad this happened now...because I just bought a laptop, and blue ray surround sound, that are still returnable.
