My wife and I booked a trip which included a round trip airfare and a budget rental car for 7 days. At the last minute before our flight we had a death in the family. Based upon what I read about cancellation policies on Priceline.com, I chose to cancel my air flight on my own. American Airlines was very understanding and sympathetic and am in negotiation which them for giving us vouchers for the amount of the tickets

My next issue was with the rental car, and after getting through to a real person in Customer Care, they are returning the ENTIRE deposit in 1-2 days!

YES, we are extremely happy with Priceline and will use them again.
