I bought a dvd / hd recorder in May. Two weeks ago the dvd player refused to work. Panasonic refused to do a home visit, had to go to Birmingham via Apollo. Ten days later came back exactly the same. Complained, still has to go back. I know the machine was not fixed. I am sorry, but I will not buy another Panasonic product again.
