I purchased a massage. The masseuse was so busy that the appointment I made was months out. When i got in my car to go to the massage, I received a call from the merchant saying he had the wrong time in his phone calendar. Instead of rescheduling right then, he told he wold call back. Well, he never called back and now will not return my calls to redeem my coupon. After explaining my now lack of trust for this individual and that I am not comfortable unclothing for him, or gifting this and having a friend unclothe themselves, Groupon just restates their policy over and over. No remorse, no sympathy, no refund. Their alleged Groupon Promise is a lie. They have lost me as a customer and I will spread the word of my experience.
