Went for an appetizer and lunch. Received our appetizer after an hour and asking where it was two times. they never refilled our sodas nor did they ask if we wanted a refill. We asked when our sandwich and soup would be out. Server informed us that she already asked the cook to get on it. Fifteen twenty minutes foes by, we ask again, server said that the manager was. On the line putting it together for us and it would be a few more minutes. Needles to say, we did not eat and we waited an hour and a half for just "it is being taken care of by the manager". This was not the only time the Leominster, Mass location failed. They have horrible service and we will never ever waste our time at the TGI Fridays again
