I have always enjoyed shopping at Acme and have never had an issue with the food or service but this past summer, I won a 100.00 gift certificate as part of a contest and never received it. I have called the store four times, reached a manager twice, and have not had a call back. I left a message on the customer service line at corporate and have not had a call back.
