After many phone calls, I have not received my refund; order no. W213586814. Can you please tell me whats wrong, wheres my refund, or what is the hold up. When I called in and cancelled this order (7/01/2013) I was told it would take 3 to 5 days to recieve it, on my first call, I was told it was never cancelled but she would take care of it. Please advise to the status of this refund. than you
