EBT was offline after I spent an hour choosing my groceries, and management did the least they could to help me. They sent me out the door empty handed-but not before yelling back and forth that EBT wasn't working. Thank you for announcing to everyone that I'm on foodstamps. I think they really could have done more. How about putting my items in a cooler and offering to call me when the system is working?
