Called to ask if an item was in stock, young lady answered the phone & told me that I would have to come look. I repeated her answer to me as a question & she says, "WELL, I can't look right now." Okay...When CAN you look, since that's your job ?? Thanks for the GREAT customer service. She huffs & puffs, says "Ill put you on hold & go look". Another customer care rep gets on the phone & asks me if I was looking for something else completely irrelevant. These peoples customer service skills are NOT there.
