I love Betsey Johnson's line but unfortunately we don't have a store in St. Louis yet. I was recently in Seattle for vacation and had to go in to see if the store lived up to my vision. It totally did. Everything in the store was organized, welcoming and beautiful. The staff was friendly, helpful, and didn't profile any of their customers. Everyone in the store received special attention and service that went up and beyond just trying to generate revenue.
Most of her items are typically higher in price than your average retail store, however, the quality is Hugh and there are still great bargains! I ended up purchasing a bag that was 50% off!
