Saturday Sept 14th 11:30 am.
I was put on hold for 10 min three times for the paint department , kept getting switched back to customer service or direct me to the every time, the last time asking to get paint on the phone or direct me with the manager. The girl at customer service desk said she would get someone on right away, being put on hold for another 5 minutes, then hung up on me. At least 20 minutes of my time to ask a simple question. Unbelievable. Is your store THAT understaffed? Do they have a habit of hanging up on frustrated customers? I called Rona and it took two minutes to get my question answered. I've spent lots of cash at this location and feel insulted being treated in this manner.
