I attempted to use two gift cards to purchase items. I had a balance of $3.33 to be placed on 2nd card. I put number in and they took $25 instead of the $3. I attempted to call customer service several times, emailed customer service and even contacted corporate office to get through to customer service but the phone hung up. Very frustrated and still don't know if my purchase went through but gift cards were used and have no balance on either of them. PLEASE HELP!!!
