I have never had such bad service at any place in my entire life...the manager didn't seem to think after an entire week of thinking my glasses were ordered was important enough to take 5 minutes to FAX my script to another store I had to wait till the next day...and still the issue was not fixed I had to take a bus across town to personally pick up my script n take it the another store to finally get my glasses I now go to VISION MART where I'm treated with respect n am taken care of promptly
