I went here rather than my usual stylist, because I desperately wanted to try something new without making an appointment. It wasn't great... I showed the lady cutting my hair what I wanted my bangs to look like, and I asked for a little trim. She mostly just trimmed the back of my hair, which was useless anyway because I have layers. She the proceeded to cut my bangs. I had asked for them to be swept the opposite way of what I had, and she did so and started cutting a poor representation of the picture I showed her. And she didn't even part my hair. In the end, I have a damp, mediocre haircut, and I still have lots of split ends. Im seeing my regular stylist tomorrow so she can fix it. Definitely not going back.
