Not sure why, but the salespeople in this store are grumpy! Except for one very helpful salesperson, they made unpleasant comments about this particular customer in pretend whispers that were very audible. I've shopped in many other Brooks Brothers in just as select neighborhoods, with much more pleasant service under crowded circumstances.
I suggest the unfriendly (to put it kindly) salespeople read some of the company's thoughtful books on manners. Perhaps they also need to go back for additional training.
