I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the food, or the cleanliness of the establishment, as both were wonderful. The problem I have is the lack of common sense, or customer service..Normally I call in my to go order for about 10 different people from my job, and then usually go pick it up without a hitch from the Pompano location, but today I was headed to Coral Springs for a different errand, so I decided to get the food from Coral Springs.. Well I called for 30 minutes to place the order, and nobody EVER answered the phone. I figured well they must be swamped, I'll just place the order there.. When I got there I was the only person in line (umm why couldn't they answer the phone) I told the cashier I tried calling and nobody answered, she just smiled.. OKAY.So I gave her my order, which included 10 drinks, she made them all and put each and every one on the counter.. I stood there a good 5 minutes before being acknowledged and had to ask for a cup holder.. Umm hello how am I going to carry 10 single cups by myself without a cup holder... After that I took a seat so that I could wait for the food to be prepared, when it came out 2 girls were holding the bags 1 girl read off my order correctly, so I took my bags, with the help of another patron since not one employee offered, and I almost walked out of the door when a man employee called my name again with another 2 orders that they forgot to pack in my bag. All I can say is that Pompano should train them..
