We are pleased to write a brief review of our recent experience in selecting and purchasing our mattress and boxspring set at MATTRESSFIRM. From the moment we entered our local Mattressfirm retail shop, we were treated with courtesy and kindness. The manageress of the shop listened politely to our list of requirements and took time to cite features of those products which matched our requirements. She was candid with product description, price, and store delivery policies. Additionally, the delivery crew was prompt, courteous and very efficient. Since our experience was so positive, we promptly recommended to our son in Dallas that he purchase his mattress and boxspring from Mattressfirm. This was after a decidedly negative experience with a large chain retail shop and he was very displeased with his purchase. We just learned that he did, indeed, purchase a set from Mattressfirm and loves it. We would be quite pleased to recommend to others the advantage of shopping at Mattressfirm. Thank you, Robert E.
