I purchased a bible, (not the one I wanted as she told me they no longer made them with keynotes mid page). It would take 5 minutes to put my name on it that I had given her twice. After 10 minutes and a lot of visiting in the back room, she comes out with the wrong name on it. Then tells me I have to come back later in the week to get it replaced.
