I placed an order in mid-Septmeber. It tooks weeks to received 2 of the items. After not receiving the 3rd, I followed up to find out it was backordered. I was told it would arrive to them on 10/18/12 and they would promptly ship it. It is almost November and I still do not have the item. I would not recommend using this company and I certainly do not plan to order anything else from them.
