I would like to thank your associate Deedra for the kindness and concern that she has shown for me and my family in a very difficult time. I brought in 350 pics to be scanned and put on a disc. I was on my lunch hour and she said it would take hours to complete. I could not stay to do it so she offered to do it for me. We were having the disc made for my fathers funeral so it was very important to us. She spent the entire day doing it and the assoc following her (that was asked to finish) made an error and made photo copies instead of putting on disc. Deedra then spent her next shift doing it all over again for us. Our gratitude and appreciation cannot be put into words. Thank you
