I don't know if it is like this all the time, but I called to check on availability and talked to two different women. They were rude. Acted like I was wasting their time. If I hadn't needed what I had called about, I would have told them to forget it and hung up. I thought maybe the first one was having a bad day, but when both of them were like that, I didn't care.
