The beginning of Sept I went to local JCP with my prescription for glasses. I found the perfect frames and ordered them....it took 2 weeks to receive them, and trying them on I couldn't see right. Seems they weren't measured properly and they were sent back to the lab...another 2 weeks went by and when they came in I went to get them. Again, I couldn't see right out of them. The right bifocal was higher than the left. Again they were sent back to the lab, in the middle of hurricane Sandy. After 2 more weeks they came in and when I went to get them, yet again the right bifocal was higher than the left making it impossible to see right. I had paid for these glasses paying interest on my credit card, making trips back and forth to the store, wasting gas, and finally decided enough was enough and asked for a refund. I have no idea how your labs could have made the same mistake twice. It was very obvious the lenses weren't the same. The sad thing is these were frames I really liked, but don't have them as I finally had to ask for a refund. I am very surprised this could have happened to me 3 times.
