Employees were terrible. I haven't had a good drink from there in a while. All super liquidy and not enjoyable at all. Today I got a berry topper accidentally getting an original. First off the substance was so liquidy. Isn't it supposed to be like a thicker substance if you have to eat it with a spoon? You would also think that since I payed almost seven dollars I would get more on it than a 12 or 16 ounce. Nope. I got like 4 thick banana slices and a sprinkle of granola. I should have just ordered a liquidy drink and called it the same thing. I then asked for a small cup so I could pour some of it into it and the guy gave me a shot sized cup. What am I supposed to do with that? I have been craving this berry topper for some time now and was not pleased when I payed 7 dollars for terrible customer service and a gross drink. This location is right next to me and it is sad that I have to find another location to go to.
