We took our lawn mower in 5 weeks ago! The older man would not listen to us that we had bought a extended warranty, he tried working on it for 35 min, we had an appt, he wouldnt listen ,so we were late. We paid 599.oo for a new lawnmower, and 75.oo for xtended warranty, for a reason! So we didnt have this hassle,we have been ignored, not called back ,told it was sent to Honda factory, but 3 weeks later find it was never sent. I have been paying the neighbor to mow my lawn, and finally you guys me a loaner, and it dont work!! SO its Tuesday,5 1/2 weeks later,was told by a manager it be done today,and would get a call.Nope,no call, I had to call at 6:30PM, AND GUESS WHAT????? Its not done
