I was having a terrible Monday, my car died twice, waited for AAA twice in 93 degree heat. AAA people suggested I have it towed to Sullivan Tire. I was not aware that they were a full service repair shop. Thought they just sold tires. By the time I arrived, I was late for work, stressed about the car, hot as Haites and stranded with no one to call for a ride anywhere. The guys at the counter were so kind and understanding. They took care of the car, DROVE me to work, and could not have been more professional. They turned what started out as a horrible day to a rather pleasant experience. As a Red Sox fan, I will appreciate seeing commercials for Sullivan Tire even more. BTW the car is running great!!!
