Went in yesterday which was a sunday because that is the only day me and my husband do not work and are able to get in and the girl said she could not call our insurance because it was sunday and we would have to pay out of pockey and that was it we ended up calling the vision works at chandler mall and the girl there joanna very nice she said I can call them thats no problem I was upset that the other wasent even willing to try bad customer service
