I was told a technition will be at my house between 6&7 PM I waited, No technition, then I get an automated call to rate the technitions job and my satisfaction, not satisfied, then I'm transfered to customer service and they say no technition was scheuled to come to my house and earlier that day I comfirmed the Appt. customer service rep told me it was coded wrong. Thanks TWC
