Am on second refridgerator, Samsung, that the ice machine does not work properly. 15 months without being fixed and many phone calls saying they are coming, oops, sorry, no parts. Worst experience I have had in last 70 years, never again with Conn's. Worst service in the whole wide world, price might be right but nothing else is!!!!
