I just wrote a review and when I hit submit- it disappeared. The review contained no foul or inappropiate comments. SO lets try again. Like others my expreince with customer service and service calls have been very poor. Techs as well as reps. .don't have a clue- it sounds like they are reading from a book- they repeat themselves like robots and worst of all they do not attempt to solve your problem. They simply repeat" I am sorry mamann(sp) I will try and solve your problem. If you ask to speak to a supervisor within a minute or two you are disconnected.
I could go on and on- but I know many of you have similiar stories-
I finally went to DIrect TV- at least I have a REAL person and not some robot- and service is reasonably priced, good customer service.
