we are taking a cross canada and us trip for 3 months. we had some pictures developed at the store and after hours and hundreds of miles found that we had left some there and they were also now deleted from the camera. I called the store and they said they would call at 10 am the next day(today). For the cost of a stamp and what I felt was rude service we were told that they would not mail them to B.C. where we live that we would have to go back and get them. The pictures mean a lot to us but we can't travel back a day just to get 6 pictures. It was very sad and I thought very inconsiderate as we are keeping a journal of our trip. For a big box store the size of Wall Mart I found this to be very poor customer service and will re-consider going back.
