I just want to say my son purchased a necklace for me here and he bought the warranty. Well I had to use it twice. Priscilla was so sweet and very helpful. The only reason it had to be repaired is because my dog pulled it off my neck twice! The service is exceptional! They are not pushy. I will be purchasing all me jewelry their and I highly recomend them. And get that warranty. It's so worth it!
