U.S. Post Office Houston TX

Tired and tired that we always get someone mail for the past 3Months enough is enough its on Russelfield God Dame It!!!!

First, the postal mployees are now protected by a union. So once someone gets hired it will take hell and high water to fire them. Secondly, they are so short staffed and work crazy hours because they have a rediculously high turnover rate. And lets face it, the brightest bulbs on the tree are not applying for this job. It does not pay like it used to. Not the postal service of old.

Ghetto and extremely unprofessional never answer the phone and every time I go all they do is ignore the customer. Nasty attitude to match their nasty hygiene

I live in the New Forest on Russelfield and we are not getting our right mail it had to be fix.

Why dont the branch at this office ever answer the phone? And why do the mailmen/women dont wear uniforms and look like they just woke up?????

It's 11:00am and don't answer the phone!!!! The mailman never showed up yesterday to deliver the mail!!!!

Most of these women need to be fired. They are always talking non-sense and are rude to the customers!

This post office returned my packages to sender because they "couldn't find my address" although they have been delivering packages to me and I only live 5 mins away. On top of that I have been calling for the last 2 hrs and no answer. They close at 5pm and it now 3:16 pm

lost my package, excuse was a different route man was on the day my package was lost and they cant find it. the tracking system says it never got delivered!!! go in this location around 8am and it sounds like general population in there. only fed ex and ups for me!!!

Omg this Post Office is a shame. All need to be fired. Rude, always in a bad mood. no help at all. I rather drive to another PO which is farther to avoid this particular One. It annoying so many bad reviews and nothing is being down.

I too have been calling all moring and no one has answered. I called from 9:00 - 10:20 and no one will answer. This is ridiculous. What are they doing at the post office?

They need to fire the entire staff at this location. Unbelievable representation of the US postal service. Giving the postal service a bad name. The women with the pink hair, unprofessional appearance. Let's not forget this is not the club. Oh my goodness! They never answer the phones, I started calling @ 9:00 am -11 am...still no answer. Something needs to be done about this situation...

Don't talk about people until you walk a mile in their shoes. There is some good people at the postal service. It is stressful ! Postman, Postman don't be slow go like Elvis go man go! Yes Haw

Ive called 4 times at 4pm on a thursay. Never got an answer. Worst service ever

This post office is just ran horribly. Who ever is overseeing this post office really needs to be replaced. They seem to be critically understaffed because I have tried to call for the past 3 days and no answer. I (have video proof of this). I went to pick up mail because it can't be delivered to my apartment and I was given mail for 4 different people (about 15 pieces). My last name did not match any of the mail that was given to me. I am worried that the same will happen with my mail.

The mail person responsible for delivering the mail always puts someones else mail in my box and now that i was expecting a package she does it again and now the traking # sais it was delivered and i received nothing !! i dont know where she left my package ! oh and dont try calling because its always busy !
