Lazy Employees
The phone rings and I know this because I've called them on my cell while standing across from the counter. I actually watched them ignore it!!! Just a case of government funded employees working just hard enough to get by ... the post office should be privatized ... the people that work there are slow, lazy, overpaid and wouldn't last a day working at a private company.
Is this place still open?
Why does no one answer the phone here? This is the worst customer service- the post office in general takes years to get a hold of.
Unanswered phone
I've been calling for 2 solid weeks and have NEVER gotten anyone to answer the phone, even though the sign in the location says to call to schedule an appointment for passport applications.

I also called and got no answer. I can't give them anything higher than 1 star when they cannot even answer the phone!

Called at 2:50 P.M. and no answer. Let it ring for 5 minutes. Hung up and called again. Same thing.
