Dismal Customer Service
I have been waiting for over 5 weeks trying to transfer my phone into TWC (i.e. giving them more business) and it is still not done. I go into the W Mason office - no help. I have received every excuse and still no phone and no follow-up. No one in customer service will take ownership of the problem and see it through 'til the end. They just kicked the problem down the road - Not their problem. Very disappointing.
