No one ever answers the phone!

Worst web site ever wasted 20 minutes trying to see if a store had an idem and still no results looks like it's off to Walmart

it would be nice if someone in there would pick up the phone!! I have been trying to call since Thursday and all it does is rings!!!! poor poor service

Although it's not as big or has as wide a selection as other Toys R Us stores, this location pretty much has it all. They also have a very very very nice staff that you can tell work hard. And of course, my kids love it!

phone number no longer in service! How do you get in touch with the store? Then they are out of stock! baby trikes et al! If I could mark it lower than 1, I would.

We bought a trampoline with the net and the blue plastic covering the trampline rim was ripped out of the package.

Need handicapped electric carts so customers who would like to shop in the store with their child can. It's not quite the same shopping on line with them and having to wait for it to come in the mail or store.

It is good that they toar down toys r us and put another store where you can get shoes for 10 dollars

I went to buy all for my new baby with my wife to the babies section.. I was so happy the lady who help me was so helpful and nice. Great Customer Service.

I call no one answers,I show up which is 20 minute drive, if I find someone to help me they don't even have the product knowledge. So I wander the store looking for my item and finally find an empty shelf. Thanks a lot

This place is a joke to call. I get a busy signal most times. When I dont it rings and rings then goes to main menu. Press 0 someone answers and hangs up then busy again. I'm getting mad!!!!!

I am really glad I didn't drive to Woodbury today. Please change your website so that people know you are a BABIES R US and not a Toys R Us. I really glad I called first.

I got through after only a short while and the lady was very quick to get back to me. Even though they did not have what I was looking for, the service was definately there. Thank you!

Agree, i try for days and no pick up. Today its jsut busy all day long. Also I called about a dilivery and its always comming "in a few days" Its been WEEKS and still nothing!

The managers at toys r us were really kind i really suggest going to that store.

We have visited this TRU/BRU location many, many times in the past 2 years...and the vast majority of the time we have received GREAT service from the staff. A couple of the staff members that we normally deal with are very knowledgable and friendly!!!

MANAGERS THERE ARE HORRIBLE... EVEN THEIR OWN STAFF COMPLAINS ABOUT THE MANAGERS IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!

my mom went to this location in november 2013 to buy perfection for a christmas gift bud did not have it

this store is great... its almost always up to date with everything!!!

please dont even bother with this joke of a store. go to snuggle bugz where you are actually valued as a customer.

I've called several times over two days and no one seems to want to answer the phones.

That's interesting that people say, that no one answers the phone. Every time I've called, I get a friendly voice and a person who is eager to help!

The employees are very helpful and thorough.

Have tried to call this location on numerous occasions and have always had my call answered, politely and courteously! In store staff are always there willing to help too!

This is not a Toys R Us!! Update your web page, white pages, yellow pages. I spent 45 minutes driving around, searched on my phone, spent 15 minutes on hold, and paid a babysitter to shop and got nothing! Not a happy customer and won't be shopping at a Toys R US!

Tried calling for two days which was approximately 65 times and never got anyone to pick up the phone. I understand people in the store and at the counter are important customer but those on the phone are too. Especially during Christmas season hire one person to handle the phone. I;m sure just getting the question answered would increase your sales to cover off additonal help. I was going to purchase Barbie Escalade battery car from Toys R Us but because I cannot get an answer I'll go someplace else.

I think the majority of people who work there are great. One time I went in and the girl didn't know where any Pokemon stuff was and told me they don't carry it when I know they did since my son only ever bought Pokemon stuff there. So other than that, the staff is great and very helpful.

I think you should update this as we went over to telford forge retail park just to go to toysrus and it has closed down, very dissapointed.

I love walking into a store and being noticed with a greet. There is always something different can you can find. The associates are very helpful,kind, and knowledgable. Why go anywhere else?

This is for babies r us. I'm from Ontario and recently sent my sister that lives in Winnipeg to pick something up that had been ordered for me. Not sure who the lady was that my sister had delt with but she was extremely rude. Telling my sister to tell me that they will never order anything for me again and they don't do business like that? Umm excuse me? I told them i lived 5 hours away and couldn't pick it up until the 25th when I came back to the city so my sister would pick it up. Not sure what's wrong with that but apparently this lady thinks we did something wrong. As far as I'm concerned I will never shop there again and I will be letting friends and family no also how rude the people are that work there.

My little one has sooo much fun here. He loves looking at all the toys and almost always picking one out. The staff is ok but like everywhere sometimes they are rude or don't care to help.

Horrible service, was left waiting twice for over 15 minutes after asking for assistance from two employees.. The manager made a rather inappropriate comment about my 13 year old daughter.. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN..

Great had fun getting toys

I just called first thing in the morning and a female picked up right away. Asked her if she could check and see if they had 2 items in stalk and she did. No complaints.

Purchased item was defective and when returned it next day the store refused to refund money. Even with the extra insurance purchased. After a week and many calls they issued store credit. Go to Walmart it's cheaper and they have no hassle return policy.

Waste of time calling the store...they are never available.

Customer service instore is far superior tho.

The store itself is brilliant with lots to offer, however I have never in my life been treated so badly by staff. One young man actually told me to shut up for simply asking a question. Rather than apologizing he showed more aggression towards me and my family! The Manager himself was very good in dealing with the situation. However for a staff member to act like that in front of children is infuriating and upsetting!

went to this store to purchase a large number of items, but one was not on sale, so I asked the cashier to take it off the charge, but come to find out it was still there and now I am trying to contact this site and there is no phone number listed for this store. UGGGG out $15.00

this store should be closed down from the mangement down.... so ineffceint rude to employees and customers alike.... tried for 3 weeks to get someone on the phone... never any response...phone just rings and rings and in the store things are a mess... staff was rude and said find it yourself and the manager was even worse said that he was not there to help he had to put out stock.... what are they there for!!! go to another location....

Lazy girl at electronics would not even take my games out of the case even though she was already there. because she was "already helping two people ahead of me" we are on the way to the same register you lazy bitch! Do you not have two arms? Never shop here!

I tried all day to call because I had a question. At one store on Town East I was put on hold for 20 Minites. At that time I just hung up. I tried calling the other store on Town East and it rang busy. This happened several times. Now I am going to call corporate and report it. That is terrible business.
