They are horrible. They wouldnt groom my dog simply because of knots! For another customer they didnt even clip her dogs nails! I do not advise you to go there. Horrible service.

The GM there is extremely rude and not helpful in the way he needs to be he's too busy talking to the employees and not paying enough attention to the customer.luckily there is a Petco near by that this guy won't be at!

The groomers at this PETCO no only injured my dog while grooming him they lied about injuring him as well. The emergency vet said he had a soft tissue injury and the only place he went was from PETCO to my house in the car where he laid in the back seat. The groomers lied about what they did, there are no cameras to show you what they are REALLY doing to your pet in the back. DON'T TAKE YOUR PET THERE!!!!

Love the Grooming Department. But management at this store is really lacking. I have been using this store for grooming and everytime I go there (and i Mean EVERY TIME) there is a long long, only one register open, and their response every time (and again i mean EVERY TIME) is that 2 or 3 people called in sick. I'm about to take my business elsewhere.

I have been to this Petco for getting my dogs nails cut. The woman that works at grooming is always so very nice to me and my dog. My dog is big and hard to control - but she always handles him great. I will continue to go here because she is friendly and sweet. I'm so happy I found this place :) As for Vaccinations, the lines i'm not going to lie... the lines are horrible. But the Vets that gave my dog his rabies, bordatella and distemper shots were professional and my dog was fine after. In the end it was worth the wait and very affordable. I highly recommend this place - and think it's great they allow a local shelter to come and do events to try and find dogs/cats homes.

I rescued a dog a year ago and have been going there regularly ever since. EVERYONE is so nice, they are helpful, they always greet me when I come in. I have taken my dog to training and it was great. Also, I take her to get groomed-she always comes out beautiful. This store is the best!!!

Petco is amazing my dog loves every thing.He loves to look at the birds every time we go.
