thankful

I am so glad I left autozone and came to oreillys. The store manager treated me like a customer not a girl. The team was friendly and was more than willing to help everyone that was shopping there. They helped me install a battery after testing it and told me that I should have my alternator tested also which they did for free. Im so thankful to have such a great oreilly in the community.

Amazing customer service!!!

I have to say that not only is the management is wonderful, BUT SO IS THE STAFF!!!!! I have met Robert outside O'Rielly... and he was always professional and friendly...I have also visited this location recently with various car problems. No matter who was working any day, they all upheld a high level of professionalism and integrity. I was especially impressed when I brought in a power steering pump housing completely unassembled, and a worker there helped me walk through the pump disassembly , reassembly and other important info.... I was blown away!!! These people really care about you and want your business! They will go the extra mile, and then some to get your car working at it's best! As a automobile novice, I salute these folks! No body wants car problems, BUT EVERYBODY wants someone with affordable and knowledgeable answers!

Never ceases to amaze me these guys are most unhelpful people when I send my son down for something. Maybe they don't think a seventeen year will spend much or something. I will never go back nor send my son. Amazed at the lack of customer service.

worst emoloyee ever

Ive shopped at oreilly for years. Even in the old kragen days. And never had a bad experience until the other day. There was a lot of customers waiting in line and I waited patiently for my turn. And when it was finally my turn. The lady at the counter started to help me and had the worst attitude. And then a loud ring went off and she picked up the phone as I was talking and ignored everything I said. And she took her sweet time. I've never felt so insulted in my life. The other employees know how to treat customers with respect. She definitely doesn't deserve working for oreillys

I was sold a used broken part. Unknown to me I thought it was a working part. After spending a week trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, and taking it all apart. I finally took it to a shop. They replaced the part I bought from oreillys and the car work perfect. So I was out a $130 in labor since I was sold a broken part. To make matters worse I want to return the part that cost $25 and was told it was my fault the part was broken, and they just sold the parts and don't guarantee them to work.

Sergio at this location was so nice, very helpful & ended up spending the time to help in which resulted me not having to buy any parts. His wonderful customer service has earned my business for life :) Very happy chilvary is not dead & great customer service still exists.

Don't Shop O'Reilly

Please don't shop O'Reilly's Auto Parts. They gave me the wrong alternator, not once but twice. Because of this my radio got fried. When I talked to the District Manager, he said that they would take care or the radio. (After several conversations.) Well, now the check is in and they are only paying for half the radio. Even though I shopped around to find a cheaper radio than the stock radio.

Well Organized Store

The store is so clean and organized and then sales people are friendly and helpful. Before O'Reily's took over the precious aura store was dirty, unorganizednand the staff was not helpful. I am glad we have this store to do business with.

Great Service

James at this O'Reilly auto parts was a very helpful young man. He took the time to explain the different pricing options of wiper blades despite a cranky old man next to us staring him down.James also installed the wiper blades with a smile. It made the stop to O'Reilly painless and I left very very happy.
