Great employee s great clothes

I purchased one new pair of sandal, not from the sale, just before 6 days and today I went to return it, the lady on the counter didn't take it back. I showed its receipt, price tag on sandal, its box with all labels on it, but still she didn't take it back. I was surprised. I never had such experience of any other store that not taking back sold item in 7 days also.
