Fulfillment Going Downhill
The order fulfillment (if that is the right word) has gone way downhill recently. Bad enough, they put only 3 meatballs in their spaghetti. When we asked for extra, recently, they left the extras out. We complained. They offered a refund, but then the next time we got food there, they left out garlic bread, and put no chicken in one of their chicken calzones. That's two times in a row they have not gotten the order right. We are avoiding them in future. They have been good in the past, so I will give them 2 stars.
