The worst customer service ever. I am a nurse and this was awful. I will never send a patient to Labcorp. I had to walk and leave
A line of people waiting and fasting at 7am and we are told we might get seen by 10am. Only ONE person works at 7am. Terrible Public Relations and Customer Service!

This is a group of very professional techs. They always perform well.
Rude staff and tactless. They prefer to talk about their personal staff instead of take care about the patient. If you have children go in another place. Now I understand why nobody goes there!
They dont answer their phones during the their stated hours.
This is lady is awesome that works here! She gets you in and out, usually with no waiting! Yet she chats to you as if you were family!
The employee's are very nice and professional. Went on a Saturday with approximately 50 other people. Had to wait 2 hours. I was told it is like this every Saturday. They need help.

my 91 yr. Mother has to get tested for iron levels, every 3 months and everyone is very professional, seen in a timely manner, paperwork taken care of to family dr...
Very unprofessional... Cannot follow written orders, sent lab results to wrong drs office in spite of having orders in front of them, will not answer phone.. Will never go here again.
Slower then a snail no matter when you get here. Even with an appointment!!! They need more staff or ones that are faster!

After I schedule an appointment online I went on time, and no one was in the waiting area but left waiting as nobody there , I was surprised when the lady told me she has none on the list ,even if I gave her the confirmation number .she said we do not accept online appointment you need to call.
The office staff was unprofessional I heard her make excuses on the phone why samples and not been sent off She then had an attitude with a woman who asked how much longer it would be before she was seen. I sat there for an hour and then looked at the sign in sheet they had mark me off as seen and five people behind me had been seen before me. I had to walk out, the woman was so incompetent.
I thought this location was fine. I hate blood work and needles makes me hyperventilate, but Donna, at LabCorp, 400 W Main St, Babylon, knew what she was doing. She was gentle and so fast that I DID NOT feel her take the needle out. The office was professional and courteous.
It doesn't even deserve one star. I made an appointment online when I got there the lady at the desk said I don't have an appointment and that it would now be a 45 min wait. I found the email proving I had an appointment and they told me no I had made it elsewhere and I have to call them when my email clearly stated their address and company!
Website says open at 6 am. Didnt open till 6:50. Employee seems to be annoyed to be here. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I went for bloodwork there twice already. Both times, I was taken in right away, greeting and spoken to professionally by very friendly and efficient women. The place is clean and comfortable enough. I have nothing but rave reviews for the staff and their performance. What I didn't like was on my first visit they took a copy of a credit card in case insurance doesn't cover the costs. I'm not comfortable with a company making extractions without my knowledge, that's what billing is for. Bill me, then I'll pay after I go over what ou are billing me for. It really irked me and, in today's identity theft world, frightened me. Needless to say, I canceled the card when I got home, just in case. And paid the bill when it came to my house with a sound mind.

The worst experience you will see their, if you need to do a blood test and they put you on Cherelle or Robin hand just ask for another person to do the test for you, because, if one of these two did the test for you the result will be they can't find vines to take blood from... And you will be hurt too many times for nothing and you will end with a very bad bruises on your arms. Stay away from these two OR go to other place to do your test
Wanted to know yoour hours, system said press 2 for hours, pressed 2 several times, no results. I then listened to "one of our representatives will be with you shortly " for about 50 repetitions. Then disconnected by your very UN-informative system. Also hours could be posted on your web site since you voice system is rather stupidly set up
I found the lab very professional. I needed blood work and was a walk-in. I did not even have to sit down. There was no wait and I was finished quickly. I went in the late afternoon.
Do not go to tis location or Labcorp for that matter. Service horrendous, waiting times rediculous.
Both times, I was in and out in under ten minutes. Friendly staff!

The women at the feont desk had a very important conversation going on with another worker I think you should stop talking so much and do your job the women who actually did my drug test was very nice

I fail to understand why they, labcorp, doesn't publish their hours as it is very difficult to scedule an appt.
Always on time and excellent phlebotomists who do good, accurate blood draws.
Waiting time are fair, but at times there is only one nurse. wait time is much longer!
The people up front needs to work on their people skills and manners. Rude and obnoxious without regard to others. Would have not be here if it was not required. Definitely not my choice.

This location has closed! Thte sign on the door said the nearest one is now Pickerington. So is the Columbus St in Lancaster also closed as well? Update your web site.

Would not provide service with appointment stating the insurance policy numbers would not be accepted with the physical insurance card in hand which to me sounds suspect. Every doctors office in America will. Plus would not provide her name so we could lodge a complaint.
They never answer their phone and no hours are listed - door or internet- how can a business have fluctuating hours and still provide a quality service? They can't!
You post no hours of service! What good are you? I drove there and they were closed for lunch. Whats up with that? They have more than one employee working!

Staff was not friendly. I had questions the staff member just rolled her eyes at me as I asked her questions about my lab work. If she didn't know the answer she should have just told me to ask the nurse. Very rude woman.
I was at lab corp on Davis blvd. I was there when they opened the door at 7am. I was not seen until 9:45 am because they were not sure how long I have to have been fasting. I haven't ate since 10am the night before. Are you an idiot? How much more information do you need? The staff is ridiculously retarded.
I receive phone calls on a daily basis with people thinking they have received Labcorp. Make sure you dial 533 not 553. Thanks
My last two visits to Labcorp's Northgate Dr location have been such a disappointment that I will not return. I have always been very happy with their service, technicians and their convenient walk-in appointment option and I am sadden that I no longer trust this company. They have sent my lab results to the wrong patient and took a couple of weeks to correct. My last walkin visit resulted in a wait outside in the cold because both front desk and technicians arrived after the 7:30am advertised open time and acted as if I was inconveniencing them because I was waiting. It just no longer feels good for me there and I will be taking my services elsewhere.
Quick and easy
I took my son for blood work he a year old we got there 8:30am he left after 11:00am. The place was close and we were still waiting one person doing the blood work and the other 2 girls doing paper work.I could not believe the waiting time it was crazy the worst.....
I went in for my appointment at 8:45 and signed in waiting to be seen for my glucose tolerance test. At 8:52 I informed the lady at the counter that my test is somewhat time sensitive since blood must be taken every hour. She told me ok I will be with you as soon as I'm done with this patient. It wasn't until 9:08 that she called me over, stating that I was to late to do the test since it wouldn't finish until 12:08 and they go on lunch at 12:00. So they turned me away, and when I asked about rescheduling she said we can't do that here you have to go online. So I drove 15 min, so I could wait 20 min, so they could tell me its now to late to be seen. Terrible Customer Service.
Just read this review. I'm also a new resident and when I called the woman I got was lovely. She couldn't have been more helpful.
The phone staff aren't helpful at all. Like they couldn't be bothered to answer a question. Just moved here and needed some answers; but it was like I was inconveniencing them to get any information. Hope the other location is better.

I think this is a slum locations whenever i go here the service is horrible they either close earlier then they suppose to or they don't open when they suppose to. I hare see people loose their jobs but they need to get it together. I would recommend the hospital across street or Maryville location.
If the "employee" was rude to you, please fill out a comment card and never hesitate to call customer service and report this person to the supervisor. I work for Labcorp, and If one of my patients tells me about someone, I am the first one to call the boss! And he does not take kindly to rude people.
I went to the Labcorp office on 2111 Salem Church Road to have my son's blood drawn. However, when I was told by the young man at the desk that my 10 year old son could not have his blood drawn because he did not fast for the test. The young man was dismissive and more concerned about getting us out of the office because it was 15 minutes until closing. I will be using Quest Diagnostics in the future.
This is the best Lab I have ever been to for blood drawing. Staff was very professional and very sweet, making patient's feel comfortable. No pain! This i s my new go to lab!

I just called this location to inquire which tests they performed; I have a list of those I need done provided by my future employer. I reached someone at this location after being redirected to her. She was incredibly rude, snappy, and impatient. I got halfway through my list before she cut me off to tell me they offered all blood tests. Funny, I don't know which are necessarily blood tests because I don't work in healthcare. This representative was ridiculously condescending, and I will not be going to this location for service.
The road sign is small. When you get into the parking lot, you have to drive to the right, all over, and it's the very last space in the back.
This is one of the best places - if not THE best - to get your blood work done. The office (right behind Burger King) is bright and clean; the technician is knowledgable and kind. There is nothing more to ask for.
Worst lab ever. Waiting time was almost 2 hours and the worst part the lady who's saying keep schedule is based on appointment and arrival.. she let the guy go before us without appointment after waoitbg for only 30 mins huh!!! That's fishy just because he talked with her over the counter!!! Nice!!!with exchanging notes so that the rest of us won't hear the conversation!!! Nice job!!! Keep it up!!!
I am home care nurse. I obtain lab specimens from homebound patients and drop off them at this location. Location and hours are excellent. The staff is excellent and helpful.
Never got results. Neither did my doctor. Tried calling. No answer. Customer service is an all time low at this place.
there was only one person on duty.she was very efficient;did my blood quickly and painlessly.promised report to m.d within 4 days.
I have taken my son to this office for lab work for the last few years and they did a good job. However, there is a new person ( last 7 months) working at the office who has a horrible attitude. She is very passive aggressive- if she is required to draw blood for a test that is the least bit different than the norm she makes a huge deal out of it. We have left twice now before getting his blood drawn because she is so inept.
Fast and friendly
With only one negative review here I felt obligated to adjust the score. I am speaking for dozens of visits and probably a dozen workers over several years. I had only one incident that wasn't a perfect draw; all the rest were on target and painless. Everyone was cheerful. If you project cheerful, you get cheerful back; other attitudes may work the same way.
Went to Lab Corp in June, the air conditioning didn't work. When I saw my doctor for the results she said they must have been a mistake because if true I'd have severe acne and hair loss. I felt great. My doctors office asked me to pay since Lab Corp billed them. I had insurance which Lab Corp didn't bill even though I took the time to fill out insurance info when i made an appointment online and gave them my insurance card when I arrived. My doctor wanted me to get another test since the first results were inconsistent with the way I felt. Went back to Lab Corp same location this time the air conditioning was set to freezing, I wasn't the only one waiting who was cold. I had made an appointment for 10:15 by 11:06 I went up to ask when I would be seen the woman said no one marked me as having an appointment and I will be next. Mistake after Mistake. I'll try another place for lab work.
Lady whom supposedly is supervisor was eating on the clock n took forever to attend me and no one would show up to window. Also denied service bc didnt have my insurance card when she could look it up in the computer n she gave me a kit n said i needed to do the preparation!!! WOW
Professional and pleasant staff. Never have to wait - which I thought was an impossibility. Ease of making appointment on-line. Overall - as pleasant an experience as a blood test can be!

The older woman with the glasses drawing my son had no tact or how to deal with a young boy. She yelled out, name! date of birth! I just looked at her. No finesse whatsoever. The woman at the front desk looked like she didn't want to be there at all! She had no personality. I had come in a few times and her and her coworker are just miserable. If they hate their jobs so much, leave and someone else will be glad to take over their position! I will never return. I usually go to Quest but am stuck with them due to my insurance. People were absolutely disgusted waiting so long. Never ever again!!!
Loved the new location. The nurses both were very professional and drew blood on both my husband and myself and we couldn't have been more satisfied. It was painless and a short wait.

The staff here was slow to check me in - they decided to timeshare the processing of my paperwork with unrelated personal conversations between themselves. At least 5 minutes of my time was wasted. Unprofessional.
I completely agree with the other reviews, I waited on the phone and it basically hung up on me after saying a representative would be right with me...unprofessional.
I arrived there 2 mins before the office open. One of the receptionist saw me and let me in. I needed lab work done. I signed in, she took my information, took my payment, I went straight to the back without sitting down, got my labs done, and was out within 10-15 minutes.
For a small one person operation, this Labcorp is amazing. Fast, professional and virtually painless, I have been in and out of there for a blood draw in under 10 minutes.

Lab Corp- in Venice has a problem. A customer can sign in and wait 20 minutes or more without a greeting or acknowledgement of their arrival or a comment as simple as "we will be with you in a few minutes" The gal at the window needs to be trained to be courteous and greet the customers as they arrive.
Everyone is very professional and educated workers. John is very pleaseant. This lab is A plus thanks to their kindness and professionalism
The staff at Glen Burnie location needs training in public/customer relations.
