First visit

Visited the store today. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant . Got my son a new suit the lady that waited on us was very nice and knowledgable the Tailor was very good also will tell everyone to go to this store

HORRIBLE Customer Service

This location has the WORST customer service I have experienced. Nobody greeted me as I walked in, I was NEVER asked if I needed help and even when I checked out the guy NEVER said a word to me. If I wasn't in a rush to catch my flight I would have left my 225.00 worth of merchandise there and gone to another K & G!!!

worst customer service

The customer service sucks! The sales people seem to be too busy yo help out. They seem to feel they are too good to assist, but last time I checked that's what you got hired for. The tailor at the back is another rude fellow who needs to quit or find another job!!!. When you call to check on status, the lady who answers the phone is just utterly rude. Never ever going there again. A bunch of rude people in the wrong profession!!

NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to this location twice this week and on yesterday I went back to return something. I think it is so unfair that THEY MAKE THEIRCUSTOMERS stand in a VERY LONG LINE, just to return something. There should be a separate line for that, not to mention the staff, they were very dry in tone. Didn't seem like they were happy to be serving their customers. I don't think I'll be making this store one of my favorites, and very limited help. You saw more staff talking than helping.

good bargains, staff lacks personality.

Make sure you know what you're looking for BEFORE you get there. Otherwise you have to deal with a host of very unhappy employees who offer NO help with your purchase. It's as if they don't really care whether you buy or not. Again, good selection, HORRIBLE customer service.
